![]() I would mainly include these items with weapons found on mini bosses, that way the party would have to make skill checks or pay someone to use the upgrade with their weapon. My intention would be to restrict these upgrades heavily (just like magic items in D&D). I adjusted damage from the game’s values but had forgotten ac was a larger range. This helps a lot! I think a lot of the issues came from converting from KOTOR 2 where attack and ac modifiers get really high.
